Mike Mangrum, Pastor
Pastor Mike felt the call of God on his life to enter the ministry in 1995. He, along with his wife, family and two other couples stepped out in faith to begin this work in December of that same year. Mike married his wife Judy in June of 1972 and they have three sons. The oldest, Josh is the Youth Pastor at FCC and he and his wife Joy devote a large portion of their lives to ministering here in the church. His middle son, Kris and his wife Casey are active members here as well. His youngest son, Ryan, is serving in the U.S. Coast Guard in Cape May, New Jersey.
Mike has the heart of a teacher and desires to see it produce transformed lives. He and Judy live in the Fairview area on his families property as they have done for the last 20+ years.
Steve became a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ as an adult in his thirties. He was born in Michigan and raised in central Ohio. He graduated from Purdue University (1973 B.S. Metallurgical Engineering) and The Ohio State University College of Law (1976 J.D.). In 2016, he retired from the practice of intellectual property law after about forty years. He has a high interest in Bible study and facilitating the courses on the FCC Forum (internet distance learning) in The Theology Program at FCC. Sharon and Steve have been married over fifteen years with Steve having lost his first wife to cancer after almost twenty-five years of marriage. Through his marriage to Sharon, Steve has three stepchildren, four step-grandchildren and three step great-grandchildren. Now that he is retired, he spends time doing chores around the house and trying not to “get old” too quickly.
